Sinusitis<\/h2><\/div>Sinusitis<\/b> is an inflammation of the paranasal sinuses<\/b>, the cavities within the thickness of the cranial bones, at the root of the nose<\/b> and below the eyebrows<\/b>. The diagnosis of sinusitis<\/b> is based on symptoms<\/b> and clinical-instrumental data<\/b>. The examination of the nasal cavities with optical fibers performed in the clinic, before and after nasal decongestion<\/b>, shows the appearance of the mucosa, the possible presence and characteristics of secretions, and the presence of polyps<\/b> or other anatomical alterations<\/b>.
